Items returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition
Items with all original tags still attached
Defective or damaged items (we'll cover return shipping)
Wrong item received (we'll cover return shipping and send the correct item)

Items returned after 30 days from delivery
Worn, washed, or altered items
Items without original tags or packaging
Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact Us First
Email us at [email protected] or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without authorization.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll respond within 1β2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and include your RA number inside the package. For defective or wrong items, we'll provide a prepaid label. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 3β5 business days), we'll process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange. Refunds may take 5β10 business days to appear on your statement.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
All Above Ground Gear products are custom printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong size. Please carefully review our size charts on each product page before ordering. If you have questions about sizing, contact us before placing your order β we're happy to help.
DAMAGED OR LOST IN SHIPPING
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost to you.
